  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    UK Delivery Most orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order. Made-to-order pieces will take longer to dispatch and this will be stated on the product listing. For custom, made-to-order items, please allow a few weeks. I’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process. I ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers parcels within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods. from dispatch. Shipping is £3.50 with free UK delivery on orders of £65 or more International Delivery International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please double-check your address when placing an order, as I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges vary by country, and I have no control over them. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering. If you experience any issues with delivery, please reach out to me via email. Pre-orders If you order multiple items along with a punch needle kit pre-order, your entire order will be shipped together during the time stated in the listing (normally within three weeks of your order confirmation date) Print On Demand Items Please see product listing for shipping times and rates, please note when ordering POD items and handmade Kats Korner items, they will be charged and shipped separately.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Yes, However I only offer shipping to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. US Shipping Is on hold from 13th August until the fee situation has more clarity / isn't going to cost you the customer a lot of extra money. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout, please make sure you double check your address as I am not responsible for orders going to the wrong address. All international orders will be sent out fully tracked with Royal Mail. I am not responsible for any custom charges or tax upon you receiving your order.
  • HAVE YOU STOPPED SHIPPING TO THE EU?
    Yes, due to the new GPSR rules I am no longer shipping to the EU or Northern Island. I'm sorry :( However if this changes I will update this notice.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    At Kats Korner, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below carefully. 1. Your Right to Cancel & Return You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for a full refund. This applies to most products bought online, except for certain exclusions (see Section 3). How to Return an Item Notify me within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing kats.korner.studio@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. I recommend using a tracked delivery service, as I cannot be responsible for lost returns. Once I receive your return, I will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method. 2. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email kats.korner.studio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. I may ask for photos to assess the issue. If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, I will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. I will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items. 3. Non-Returnable Items Some products are excluded from returns: Custom or personalised items (e.g., made-to-order products). Punch needle kits. Digital downloads. Gift cards. Sale items. Mystery bags. 4. Faulty Items If you realise your order is faulty or damaged in any way please do contact me as soon as possible at kats.korner.studio@gmail.com 5. Processing Refunds Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. I do not refund original postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 6. Exchanges I do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order separately. 7. Cancellations Cancellations are accepted if: The order hasn’t been started or the print-on-demand item hasn’t entered production. If you wish to cancel, contact me immediately at kats.korner.studio@gmail.com Once the order is in production or shipped, I cannot process cancellations. 8.   • WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    All orders are sent via a tracked shipping service through Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can track your order by using the provided tracking number in your order confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier's website to get real-time updates on the status and location of your package. I have access to exactly the same information as yourself and nothing further.
  • DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
    Yes, all orders of £65 or more qualify for free UK delivery
  • DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
    Yes, I'm open to discussing your ideas. Just send me an email or fill out my contact form, or message me on instagram - @kats.korner.studio and we will discuss further. Please keep in mind I may reject your request. Custom/commission pieces are made to order. I do my best to keep you updated on wait times and let you know when I’ll be starting your piece. My general turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the moment of purchase to delivery, although this may be quicker depending on my current workload. Delivery is £3.50 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Or free UK delivery on orders over £65 Each piece is handmade, meaning every item is unique. If you order more than one item in the same design, please note that slight variations may occur. Smaller items (like keyrings) will also have less detail than larger items (like mug rug coasters). I do my best to match the colours in your design, but there may be some variation depending on what yarn colours are available. Please also keep in mind that colours can appear differently in person than they do on your screen. Once I’ve drawn up your design, I’ll send it to you for approval or feedback. I’ll only start working on your piece once we’re both happy with the design. Work will begin only after payment has been received. Custom/commission pieces are non-refundable. I do my best to keep you updated with progress photos as I work on your piece, though this may not always be possible. You may cancel your order free of charge any time before work has started. Once production begins, no cancellations or refunds are permitted. If you need your piece by a certain date, please let me know before ordering, and I’ll let you know if that’s possible.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?

  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
    Yes! They can be purchased and used for any products on my site. They make a perfect gift for your loved ones to choose their favorite items.
  • MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN I ADD A PERSONALISED MESSAGE?
    Yes! You can add a personalised message to your gift order during the checkout process. There is an option to include a note to me, where you can write your special message for the recipient. Make sure to review and confirm the message before completing your order.
  • WHAT IS PUNCH NEEDLE?
    Punch needle is a form of embroidery or rug making which uses a needle-like tool to punch loops of yarn into fabric.
  • WHAT IS HAND TUFTING?
    Hand tufted rugs are produced by shooting yarn through a tufting gun into a stretched fabric frame.
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUGS?
    Please remember first and foremost all Kats Korner products are handmade pieces of art. However some do have more of a functional aspect, if you wish to use them in this way please read the rug care information. Coasters: Kats Korner coasters are handmade with care, making each piece unique and delicate. Handle gently and avoid excessive pulling to maintain its shape and durability. To keep it in the best condition, avoid prolonged dampness, as this may weaken the fibres and backing. Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap—do not scrub or machine wash, as this can cause fraying or distortion. Keep away from direct heat sources, and always use on a dry surface. Store flat when not in use to help preserve its shape and longevity. Wall Hangings: Kats Korner wall rugs don't necessarily need cleaning as they're displayed on a wall. However occasionally lint rolling the rug is recommended, to remove dust and fibres. Find more rug care information here RUG CARE and please read through this before making any purchases.
