Shipping Policy

 

UK Delivery

Most orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order. Made-to-order pieces will take longer to dispatch and this will be stated on the product listing.

For custom, made-to-order items, please allow a few weeks. I’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process.

I ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers parcels within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods. from dispatch. However. You'll have a tracking number sent to your email so you can track this yourself.

 

Shipping is £3.50 with free UK delivery on orders of £65 or more

Shipping charges are non-refundable if an order is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed parcels.

 

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. You'll have a tracking number sent to your email so you can track this yourself.

• I am not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

• Please double-check your address when placing an order, as I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges vary by country, and I have no control over them. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering (US customers read below)

US Delivery

I am happy to be able to send to the US again, I have found a way of adding the appropriate tariffs at checkout...

• A 50p Royal Mail handling fee is added to every order.

• A 10% tariff is calculated at checkout

• You must now add your phone number to your order - Royal Mail now requires this and an order without a phone number cannot be sent out to you.

• Tariffs have to be collected before an order is sent to the US, adding these at checkout means you shouldn't have to pay any additional fees to get your order and it should clear customs smoothly.

 

Pre-orders

If you order multiple items along with a punch needle kit pre-order, your entire order will be shipped together during the time stated in the listing (normally within three weeks of your order confirmation date)

 

Print On Demand Items

Please see product listing for shipping times and rates, please note when ordering POD items and handmade Kats Korner items, they will be charged and shipped separately.
