How to order

- Purchase this listing.

- Send an email to kats.korner.studio@gmail.com with high quality forward facing images of the pet you'd like on a bookmark.

- I'll draw up a digital sketch and then you'll confirm with me that you're happy with the drawn design and once confirmed I will start work on the piece. Don't be afraid to ask me to make changes before confirming. I want you to receive a piece you'd love!

- Once the digital design has been confirmed and I've started work on the punch needle piece, the design cannot be changed. So make sure you're 100% happy with the design.

- I will keep you updated on the progress of your piece and you'll receive tracking information via email, once your order is out for delivery.

These coasters are made via punch needle and backed with felt.

To be placed as a decorative piece or used as a coaster.

Approximately 15cm at the longest points

Best paired with a wide bottom mug or cup.

Each of my pieces is handmade, making every one truly unique. As they are carefully crafted by me, they are first and foremost intended as art.However, some pieces—like my punch needle coasters—also have a functional purpose. If you plan to use them regularly, please do refer to my Rug Care page ♡

UK Delivery

Most orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order.

Made-to-order + Pre-order pieces will take longer to dispatch and this will be stated on the individual product listing.

For custom, made-to-order items, please allow a few weeks. I’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process.

I ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers parcels within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Your Right to Cancel & Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for a full refund. This applies to most products bought online, except for certain exclusions (see Non-returnable items below).

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are excluded from returns:

Custom or personalised items (e.g., made-to-order designs).

Punch needle kits (due to the nature of the materials).

Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded).

Gift cards.

I work through made-to-order pieces as they come through, however I will keep in contact with you via email to let you know where I am at in the process of your piece.

My general turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the moment of purchase to delivery, although this may be quicker depending on my current workload.
