Each of my pieces is handmade, making every one truly unique. As they are carefully crafted by me, they are first and foremost intended as art.​However, some pieces—like my punch needle coasters—also have a functional purpose.  ⚠ Small Parts: Some products contain small components (e.g., embellishments) that may pose a choking hazard. Keep away from young children and pets.

⚠ Flammability: Fabrics, yarn, and backing materials may be flammable. Keep away from candles, heaters, and open flames.

⚠ Not a Toy: My products are for decorative purposes only and not intended for children's play.

Only use the product for its intended purpose. I am not responsible for any consequences if the product is altered in any way.​​

UK Delivery

Most orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order.

Made-to-order + Pre-order pieces will take longer to dispatch and this will be stated on the individual product listing.

For custom, made-to-order items, please allow a few weeks. I’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process.

I ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers parcels within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Your Right to Cancel & Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for a full refund. This applies to most products bought online, except for certain exclusions (see Non-returnable items below).

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are excluded from returns:

Custom or personalised items (e.g., made-to-order designs).

Punch needle kits (due to the nature of the materials).

Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded).

Gift cards.

Sale items.

Mystery bags.
