UK Delivery

Most orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order.

Made-to-order + Pre-order pieces will take longer to dispatch and this will be stated on the individual product listing.

For custom, made-to-order items, please allow a few weeks. I’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process.

I ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers parcels within 2 - 5 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Your Right to Cancel & Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for a full refund. This applies to most products bought online, except for certain exclusions (see Non-returnable items below).

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are excluded from returns:

Custom or personalised items (e.g., made-to-order designs).

Punch needle kits (due to the nature of the materials).

Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded).

Gift cards.

Sale items.

Mystery bags.
